Quarkloop is built on the principle that your data belongs to you. The Quark runtime runs entirely on your local machine. We do not collect, store, or transmit any data from your Quark instances.
Quark contains no telemetry, no analytics, and no phone-home behavior. When you run Quark on your infrastructure:
The only external connections Quark makes are to the LLM provider endpoints you explicitly configure in your Quarkfile (e.g., Anthropic, OpenAI). Those connections are governed by the respective provider's privacy policy.
When you visit quarkloop.com, we may collect:
We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics services on this website.
The website uses the following third-party services:
Contact form submissions are retained for the duration necessary to respond to your inquiry, then deleted. Server logs are retained for up to 90 days. We do not maintain persistent user profiles or accounts on the marketing website.
You may request deletion of any personal data we hold by contacting us. Since the Quark runtime stores all data locally on your machine, you have full control over that data at all times — including the ability to delete it by removing the Quark workspace directory.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
